We don't accept return orders. Please, don't ship anything back without first contacting us via email for us to evaluate the issue and provide instructions. For product damaged during shipping, please take photos and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly replace it. Please, subscribe to your email list to ensure that you don't miss important updates from us regarding your issue.
You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received your email about your refund request as well as the photos of the damaged product. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
