1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Pound Ground Turkey or Chicken
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Onion, diced
1/2 Cup Mrs. Pruitt’s Gourmet CHA CHA Hot or Motor City Heat flavor
1 8 ounce can bean sprouts for topping
2 Green onions, sliced for topping
12 Large lettuce leaves
Place a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil in the pan.
Once the oil has heated up, add the ground turkey or chicken, onions and garlic into the pan.
Cook the meat until meat is no longer pink.
Break up the meat with the back of a spoon or fork.
Remove the skillet from the heat and pour Mrs. Pruitt’s Gourmet CHA CHA in pan and mix together until meat is full coated with Mrs. Pruitt’s Gourmet CHA CHA.
Scoop meat in the lettuce leaves and top with bean sprouts, green onions and more CHA CHA.

1 Pound of uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 Cups of pasta (your favorite choice), cooked and drained
3 Cups alfredo sauce
1/2 Cup Mrs. Pruitt’s Gourmet CHA CHA
1 Tablespoon olive oil
¼ Cup green onion, chopped
2 Cloves garlic, minced
½ Red pepper, chopped
1 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese, for topping
3 ½ cups heavy cream, 2 garlic cloves, minced, salt/pepper, 2 cups parmesan cheese and ½ cup butter
Directions: How to make Alfredo Sauce
Place a small sauce pan over medium heat and add in the butter and saute’ the garlic for 2 minutes.
Pour in the cream and whisk in the parmesan cheese. Continue to whisk for 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
Season with salt and pepper then take the pan off the heat.
Preheat the oven 400 degrees F.
Place a skillet over medium heat and saute’ the onions, garlic
And peppers in oil for 5 minutes or until the peppers are cooked.
Add the uncooked shrimp into the skillet with the vegetables and
Cook the shrimp for 5 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked and pink.
Add the pasta and pour the Mrs. Pruitt’s Gourmet CHA CHA and alfredo sauce into the
Skillet and toss together.
In a casserole dish pour in the pasta until full and sprinkle
cheese on top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Serves 4 people
TUNA SALAD DELIGHT
Two 6 ounce cans white meat tuna packed in water, drained
2 Tablespoons minced celery
½ Cup Mrs. Pruitt Gourmet CHA CHA
1 Teaspoon minced flat-leaf parsley
1/3 Cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Mustard
Freshly ground black pepper
In a small mixing bowl break up the tuna with a fork.
Toss with the celery, Mrs. Pruitt’s Gourmet CHA CHA and parsley.
Add mayonnaise, mustard and season with pepper, to taste. Stir to combine.
Serves 3-4 people
1 Cup of Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 -3 Tablespoons of Mrs. Pruitt’s Gourmet CHA CHA
¼ Teaspoon Pepper
Mix all together for a fantastic taste

½ Cup of Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons of Dijorn Mustard
6 Ciabatta Buns or thick sliced bread
½ pound sliced turkey breast
10 slices pepper jack cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
Olive oil for brushing
Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Heat oven to broil.
Brush buns or bread with olive oil and place on a large baking sheet.
Layer the sliced meat and 2 slices of cheese on the bottom of the buns
And place under the broiler for no longer than 2 minutes or
until the cheese is bubbly.
Once the sandwiches are out of the oven add Mrs. Pruitt’s Gourmet
CHA CHA mixture and shredded lettuce.
Top bun to the sandwich and Enjoy.

Prepare your favorite fish
